  • How can I get to the hotel from SFO Airport?

    SamTrans public shuttle is available:

  • Is the hotel non-smoking?

    The Dylan Hotel is a non-smoking property. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in the room.

  • Do you allow pets?

    The hotel allows dogs only. Fees and deposits may apply.

  • Is luggage storage available?

    Luggage storage is available for $5 per bag, per day.

  • How far is the hotel from SFO Airport?

    The Dylan Hotel is located approximately 1.5 miles from San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

  • Is there public transportation nearby?

    The Millbrae BART and CalTrain station is a 3 minute walk from The Dylan, providing access to San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Levi Stadium.

  • Is airport transportation available?

    Guests may use SamTrans, taxis, or other transportation options available in the area.

  • Do you accept group bookings?

    Group bookings are available. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

  • Are there special policies for extended stays?

    Reservations for stays of 5 nights or more may be subject to different policies and requirements.

  • Are rates subject to change?

    All rates are subject to availability and change. Certain rates and promotions may not be available for all dates of your stay. Additional charges may apply for local amenities such as parking beyond nights of stay and luggage storage. Local taxes or tourism fees are not included in the total room rate. Changes to the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

  • Are children allowed?

    There is no extra charge for children 15 and under staying in the same room with an adult.

  • What are the occupancy limits?

    Maximum occupancy in guestrooms with two double beds is 2 adults and 2 children. Maximum occupancy in guestrooms with a queen or king bed is 2.

  • Is there an extra adult charge?

    There is a $20 charge per person for the third and fourth guest occupying the room.

  • Are rollaway beds available?

    Rollaway beds are available for $20. Availability is limited and should be arranged prior to arrival.

  • Are room upgrades available?

    Upgrades may be available upon check-in for an additional fee.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellation policies vary by reservation type:


    Standard reservations: cancel 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night charge


    Park, Stay & Fly: cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night charge


    Advance purchase: non-cancellable and non-changeable

  • Can I modify my reservation?

    Modifications, including changes to room type or dates, are not permitted for advance purchase reservations.

  • What happens if I cancel or leave early?

    Early departures without 24-hour notice will be charged one night’s room and tax. Advance purchase reservations are non-refundable.

  • Can I extend my stay?

    Stay extensions are based on availability. Rates and room types may change.

  • Is parking available?

    Parking is limited to one car per room and is included during the stay with a permit. Parking is not guaranteed and is first come, first served.

  • Is there a charge for additional vehicles?

    An additional vehicle is $11 per night in the hotel lot. Street parking is available free of charge.

  • Is extended parking available?

    Extended parking may be available through a Park, Sleep & Fly package and must be reserved in advance.

  • Is luggage or package storage available?

    Storage is available for $5 per bag or package per day. Packages sent without prior notice will incur this charge.
