Rate information:*All Rates are subject to availability and change. Certain Rates and Promotions may not be available for all dates of your stay. Other charges may apply for local amenities like parking beyond nights of stay, luggage storage, etc.. Local taxes or tourism fees are not included in the total room rate. Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
Children: No extra charge for children 15 and under in same room with an adult.
Occupancy: There are limits on the number of guests who may occupy the room type you selected which could impact the number of rooms needed and/or room rates for a reservation even if you receive a confirmation number. Maximum occupancy in guestrooms with two double sized beds is 2 adults and 2 children. Maximum occupancy in guestrooms with a queen or king bed is 2.
Extra Adult Charge: $20 per person in addition to the base room rate for the third and fourth guest occupying the guest room.
Rollaway Beds: There is a $20 charge for a rollaway bed. The Dylan has a limited availability of rollaway beds; we recommend that you make arrangements prior to arrival.
Room Type and Floor Assignment Availability: The Dylan cannot guarantee specific room types/numbers, floor levels, and adjoining rooms. However, we make every effort to satisfy such requests.
Room Type Upgrades: Upgrades may be available upon check in for an additional fee.
Guarantee Policy: Valid credit card is required at time of booking. We are unable to accept debit cards or any card linked to a checking account for guarantee.
Check-in Policy: If you do not have a major credit card, we will require full cash payment at check-in as well as a 150.00 cash security deposit that will be returned to you at check-out pending a room inspection.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies may vary by date of arrival; please refer to your confirmation letter.
- Standard reservations- cancel 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 1 night's room charge.
- Park, Stay & Fly reservations – cancel 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 1 night’s room charge.
- Advance purchase reservations are non-cancellable, non-changeable.
Check-in: 2 pm Check-out: 12 noon Early check-in: The Dylan cannot guarantee an early check-in prior to arrival but will gladly note the request. Arrival 9:30A-1:55P - nominal charge of $25 + tax
Early Departure Policy: Early departures after check-in will be charged one night in room and tax without 24 hour notice.
Stay Extensions: Based upon availability of both room type and rate, a reservation may be extended after check-in. Rates and room types may change based on availability and by day of week.
Parking: Parking: Limited lot parking is for one car per room, included the night(s) of stay with a parking permit. Parking is not guaranteed and is on a first come basis. There is plenty of street parking free of charge. $11 for each additional car parked in our lot or you can park on the street free of charge. Extended parking may be available with a Park, Sleep and Fly package for an extra charge but must be reserved in advance of arrival.
Luggage and Package Storage: Available for $5 per bag/package per day. Inform the The Dylan of packages sent prior to arrival. If package(s) is sent without advance notification, this charge will be applied to your final bill.
Pets: Dogs 35 pounds and 2 dogs maximum and under are welcome. There is a $25 per night pet fee plus a $150 deposit. Welcoming dogs only. Please let us know in advance so we can block a pet-friendly room.
Smoking: The Dylan is a non-smoking facility. If you smoke in your room, there will be a cleaning fee of 150.00.
Transportation from San Francisco Airport: SamTrans Route SFO Guest Paid Public Airport Shuttle - $2.25 / Adult, $1.10 / Child or Senior each way.
Groups: A reservation of five (5) or more rooms or five (5) or more room nights is subject to different policies. We welcome the opportunity to host your group. Please contact The Dylan directly for the best rate and policies

Multiple Nights: Due to our small hotel of 58 rooms, reservations for five (5) or more days is subject to different policies. Please contact the hotel directly for the policies.
Damages: We value all of our guests. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day to address any issuesthat arise, however if there are any physical or excessive noise issues,you will be responsible for any corresponding charges.

ADVANCE PURCHASE/NON-REFUNDABLE RATES - Rules & Restrictions Payments for bookings at Advance Purchase/Non-Refundable rates are not refundable and bookings may not be modified. Rates are subject to availability. Specific booking terms and conditions may vary and might include length of stay requirements, day of week restrictions, deposit requirements and blackout dates. Please check with The Dylan at the time of booking to determine if any additional conditions apply.
ADVANCE PURCHASE/NON REFUNDABLE RATE. Full payment in advance required. Must be purchased online at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. Your credit card will be charged immediately for entire stay. Advance Purchase Non-Refundable Rate discounts commonly range from five (5) to twenty (20) percent off the Regular Rate. No refunds for changes, cancellation or non-arrival on check-in date. Charges cannot be applied to other stays or services. No prices or hotel availability are guaranteed until full payment is received. Even after full payment has been received, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation.
Modification of Reservation: Price quoted applies to exact date(s)/nights/stay booked. Modifications to your reservation (including but not limited to room type changes, date changes, etc.) are not permitted.
Early departure/cancellation: If you depart early, cancel, or fail to honor this reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund.
Extending your stay: Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this rate shall not apply.
Price: The price you selected includes room rate only and does not include taxes or applicable service charges or charges for optional incidentals (including but not limited to gratuities, parking, and other optional incidentals).
Other restrictions: This rate is not combinable with any other offers and promotions, is not available to groups and is non-commissionable. If you do not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive any refund or credit.
